Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Social Medias with Credit to @StarryLunaaa, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

Al/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al datasets, engines, or minted as NFTS.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the Commission.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT

Down Payment min. 50% after sketch done and accepted. 50% after the entire work done. After full payment, the final files will be sent.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 2X OF FINAL FEE applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

There will be an additional fee for commercial use. Please notify.

Transfer fee will be charged to client. (You can use salecalc.com/paypal to calculate)

WORK PROCESS

Slot Confirmation. You can check my social media whether I open the Commissions and please confirm your slot through e-mail or social media direct message.

Filling out the form and sending clear visual references.

Sketch phase. The completion time may vary between 1 to 7 days, starting from the commission being accepted. You can request MAJOR revisions such as changes in anatomy, composition, clothing in limited amounts. Additional revisions will be charged by. After agreed to proceed, please make a DOWN PAYMENT or the progress won’t be continued.

Draft Color. You can request MINOR Revisions here in limited amounts such as adding missed details, changing eye color and others.

Rendering. There are NO acceptable revisions.

Completion. Finished artwork will be sent via e-mail after FULL PAYMENT. There are NO acceptable revisions once the final work is completed.
